Jennifer has served as assistant director of The Women's Place (TWP), Ohio State’s women's policy office and agent of culture change, since 2008. Throughout this time, she played an integral role, working closely with the TWP directors to transform the culture and remove institutional barriers for women at Ohio State.

She is responsible for the creation and implementation of various initiatives including women's leadership development and programs for non-traditional women students. Jennifer is a licensed social worker. Her twenty year career in serving women and children has included clinical research, health promotions, and policy advocacy.

As interim director, Jennifer, along with TWP staff, will ensure that The Women's Place will continue to work to catalyze change to create an equitable environment in which Ohio State women can thrive.
