Allison Susor (she/her) joined The Women's Place (TWP) team in 2023. Her background is in community engagement, utilizing asset-based community development strategies in the museum field. Her role with TWP is to manage business functions for the office and handle logistics for TWP events.

She has a passion for advocacy, especially within the LGBTQ community. She was drawn to The Women's Place because of her background in Women's Gender and Sexuality Studies, in which she holds both a BA and MA from Ohio State.
