Advocates & Allies for Equity - Advocates and Allies Institutionalization Committee

The Advocates & Allies Institutionalization Committee (AAIC) was composed of faculty and staff who wanted to further gender and minority equity at Ohio State. The AAIC’s role as outlined in the NSF grant was to broaden and institutionalize the program. The committee worked to tailor the program to the specific needs of Ohio State.

The Women's Place serves as the home of the Advocates & Allies for Equity initiative and the directors of The Women's Place chaired the institutionalization committee.
