Daryl Griffith

Daryl Griffith joined The Women’s Place (TWP) team in 2020. She brings more than four years of experience in the non-profit sector working with underserved populations throughout central Ohio to her position. Her background includes efforts to address minority health disparities and advocacy work within the LGBTQ community and immigrant populations. Her role with TWP includes participating with the President and Provost’s Council on Women and TWP affinity groups on program planning and supporting central communication channels.

Daryl has a bachelor’s degree in sociology with minors in public health and business from The Ohio State University. Her interests and background in community outreach, social media engagement and communications led her to the program coordinator role. Her passion for advancing equity, diversity and inclusion led her to The Women’s Place.
