Negotiating Your Next Career Steps

The Women's Place presents an empowering two-part, virtual workshop on “Negotiating Your Next Career Steps”:

Negotiation is an essential leadership skill, and these sessions aim to enhance skills and build confidence in negotiating for fair pay, improved working conditions, stretch projects, and opportunities for advancement.

More than 400 attendees participated in this workshop series last academic year. It’s your turn to learn more! This event is open to all Ohio State staff, faculty, postdocs, and graduate/professional students of any gender.
