About this event

Columbus City Schools, National Coalition of 100 Black Women Central Ohio Chapter, Rise Sister Rise, The Women's Fund of Central Ohio, and Gateway Film Center are partnering to bring this critical film to our community.

Filmmaker Dr. Monique W. Morris will open the film, sharing about the book that inspired the film and the local women and girls who feature in the documentary.

Following the film, local leaders in the film will lead us in a conversation about what we can do as a community to support black girls thrive.
