The Art of Hosting Conversations That Matter is a suite of powerful conversational processes that brings equity of voice, respect and acknowledgement of group wisdom to planning and decision-making processes. It invites people to step in and take charge of the challenges facing them in an inherently more democratic way than most conversations.

Each Art of Hosting is a reflection of new understanding and learning about how to make change in ourselves and the systems we care about.

If this intrigues you, please join us to learn and explore the following methodologies to engage yourself and others in making change in our organizations and communities:

  • World Café
  • Open Space
  • Circle
  • Storytelling
  • Appreciative inquiry and reflective listening
  • And more

Come ready to challenge your assumptions, be in deep conversation, and find new solutions for creating the change you seek in yourself, your organizations, and your communities — from wherever you are.

In addition, connect with experienced Ohio State practitioners to learn how they are using Art of Hosting in classrooms, in planning meetings, and many other areas on campus.

Cost: $150

Space is limited to 45 participants.
