About Critical Difference for Women

Critical Difference for Women (CDW) is a scholarship and grant program of The Ohio State University offering financial support to women students, faculty and staff.

Critical Difference for Women was developed in 1986 to identify and fund the needs of women seeking advanced education and enhanced professional lives within all institutional levels and disciplines. Since then, CDW has blossomed into a remarkable scholarship and grant program for Ohio State women comprised of three funds.
