Implicit Bias Collaborative
The Women’s Place and a number of partners are focusing on what we think may be at the heart of diversity issues within the university: implicit or unconscious bias. These are attitudes we may be unaware of that affect our behaviors in ways we do not want. To address these biases, we formed the Implicit Bias Collaborative. Learn more about implicit bias and stay up-to-date on events sponsored by the collaborative.
